On July 11th, the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Conference was held at the Provincial Great Hall of the People. At the meeting, 306 2021 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards were presented, and the achievements of Zhejiang Chuangxin Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University in the research and industrialization of high-efficiency and low resistance heat exchange devices and production equipment won the third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; At the same time, our city has also been rated as an excellent unit in the 2021 assessment of the target responsibility system for scientific and technological progress of city and county party and government leaders.

We will continue to implement the strategy of "relying on Zhejiang University, partnering with universities, and developing Longquan". In recent years, our city has signed comprehensive cooperation agreements with Zhejiang University of Technology, Lishui University, and other universities. Currently, our city has Zhejiang University Longquan Innovation Center, Zhejiang University of Technology Longquan Innovation Center, China University of Metrology Longquan Science and Technology Innovation Center, Zhejiang A&F University Longquan Science and Technology Commissioner Workstation, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology Longquan Innovation Center Six innovative carriers, including the Longquan Research Institute of Lishui University. The third prize for technological progress this time was awarded to our city's enterprise Zhejiang Innovation Air Conditioning and Zhejiang University's collaborative project achievement "Research and Industrialization of Efficient and Low Resistance Heat Exchange Devices and Production Equipment".

Establish a hierarchical cultivation mechanism for enterprises with "micro growth, small increase, and high growth", explore technology enterprises with strong research and development capabilities and standardized management, sort out and form a gradient cultivation list for technology innovation entities, and formulate personalized innovation development paths for enterprises. At present, our city has a total of 175 provincial-level technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, 57 national high-tech enterprises, 26 provincial-level high-tech enterprise research and development centers, 10 provincial-level enterprise research institutes (including 1 provincial-level key), 3 provincial-level maker spaces, 1 national level star creation world, 2 provincial-level star creation worlds, and 1 science and technology enterprise incubator in Lishui. The total amount of innovation subject cultivation ranks among the top in Lishui.

In 2021, the Longquan Automotive Air Conditioning Industry Innovation Service Complex successfully completed the evaluation upon the completion of the provincial industrial innovation service complex construction period; Establishing a "one-stop" testing service, with a commission fee of nearly 3 million yuan for inspection and testing, issuing 650 inspection and testing reports, and reducing equipment investment and inspection and testing costs for enterprises by more than 10 million yuan annually; Provide a "one-stop" service platform, implement the reform concept of "running at most once", take the convenience of enterprises and the masses as the starting point and foothold, establish a "one-stop" business acceptance window, integrate talent services, intermediary services, inspection services, etc., and set up service windows. Every year, provide enterprises with 15000 services such as automotive air conditioning product research and development design, inspection and testing, standard services, information consulting, etc, Truly achieve one-stop business processing, allowing enterprises to handle affairs in at most one location.
